DELIVERY

Domestic Delivery

You can have your order sent to postal boxes or addresses in Estonia. Our fees for shipment,  are 3.50 euros - orders over 100 euros are free of charge. Omniva will deliver your parcel.

International Delivery

We deliver orders to Latvia (7,50€), Lithuania (9€) and Sweden (19€)  to addresses. Deliveries are done by Omniva. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

The entire cost of the selected service must be paid for the service/product purchased by the buyer from the e-store or the booking is confirmed by ticking Pay at LaSpa box. By proceeding to the check out, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with all the terms and conditions made available by the service provider through the e-shop and accepts them.

If the Buyer chooses the payment of the amount with credit card or bank link the payment is made in the e-shop through an internet bank with a bank link or as Visa and MasterCard debit and credit card payments.

With the bank link, it is possible to pay through the following banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele (with payment initiation service), Pocopay.

Immediately after making a transfer or card payment, the buyer must click the "return to merchant" button to register the payment immediately.

TAC pay mediates payments. Payment takes place outside the e-shop in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of TAC Pay. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Online Store.

The seller is the responsible processor of buyers personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor TAC Pay.
